Fee Structure
Session 2026-2027 (Batches 23-27, 24-28, 25-29 & 26-30)
This is to inform all new students that the fee structure for the academic session 2026–2027 has been revised and implemented with effect from October 2026.
Session 2026-2027
Academic (Nursing Training Fees) : Rs. 1,40,000/- (One Lakh Forty Thousand Only).
Note: Academic (Nursing Training fees) can be paid in two equal instalments, First instalment on admission to the course and remaining in the month of March.
Monthly Fee : Rs. 5,230/- (Five Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Only).
Academic (Nursing Training Fees) : Rs. 1,21,500/- (One Lakh Twenty One Thousand Five Hundred Only).

Note:
- Monthly fees should be paid by 20th of every month. In case of fees is paid after 21st a fine of Rs. 500/- Per month will be charged.
- SBHCON, Ranchi will adopt a fully online fee payment system with effect from 1st November 2026. No fee payments will be accepted at the College Fee Counter thereafter.
- Students/parents must not deposit fees directly into the College bank account through cash, UPI, bank transfer, cheque, net banking, NEFT, or any other mode.
- All outstanding fee dues must be cleared before the end of each academic session or prior to the commencement of any examination, as applicable.
- Cash payments will not be accepted at the College.
- Eligible SC/ST, Minority, and Backward Class students may avail themselves of the Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme provided by the Jharkhand Government Welfare Department, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and government rules.
- The Management reserves the right to revise, modify, or change the fee structure from time to time, whenever deemed necessary.
Guideline For Online Fee
- Students should log in to the College ERP Portal using their Admission Number as the User ID.
- After logging into the ERP, go to the Fee Payment section to view the applicable fees, outstanding dues, and payment details.
- On proceeding with the payment, you will be redirected to a secure external payment gateway integrated with the College ERP to complete the transaction.
- Fees can be paid through Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking using any bank.
- After successful payment, the transaction will be automatically updated in the ERP Fee Management System, and the student can view/download the Fee Payment Receipt from the ERP portal.
- Applicable convenience charges and GST/taxes, as levied by the payment gateway or service provider, may be payable by the student/parent.
